This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

Magistrate-II, Ponneri, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
