The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the Criminal Revision petition against the C.M.P.No.53117 of 2023 against the Crl.M.P.No.21178 of 2023 dated 21.02.2023 on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Mr.P.Gopinath, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.E.Anbarasan, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 have no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case for admission.
