The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the Subordinate Judge, Alandur to decide the HMOP.No.1426 of 2021 and dispose of the same as early as possible.
2. Heard, Mr.M.Thangadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed divorce petition in HMOP.No.1426 of 2021, before the Subordinate Judge, Alandur. The respondent though entered appearance in the main petition wantonly remained ex-party and subsequently filed I.A.No.1 of 2022 to set aside the ex-parte order and the same was allowed as the petitioner endorsed as no counter.
4. As per facts, the petitioner and the respondent were separated long back and the case is pending from the year 2021. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
