This application has been filed by the applicant/defendant to order substituted service to the respondents 3 to 5 in one issue of Tamil Daily Edition News Paper in Chennai (Malai Murasu) in Appl. No.4050 of 2023 in C.S No.576 of 2002.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant/defendant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Malai Murasu" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 20.11.2023. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. List the matter on 20.11.2023.
