ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the patta in favour of the fourth respondent is cancelled. Learned counsel for the fourth respondent states that the fourth respondent has filed an appeal against the same.
2. The authority shall decide the appeal filed by the fourth respondent expeditiously, preferably within six months. Depending
upon the decision in the appeal, the authority may take further steps expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
