This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to amend the Original Petition in Para No.4 and schedule and consequently direct the registry to amend the succession certificate granted to applicant in O.P.No.592 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that when he approached the concerned authority to collect the securities and to receive the interest and bonus shares, they informed that additional 500 shares have been added in favour of the petitioner.

Hence, the present application has been filed.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the application, this application is Ordered as prayed. The registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
