ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the Calendar case in CC No.247/2013.

2.Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sriperumbudur is directed to dispose of the Calendar case in CC No.247/2013 within a period of six months. The petitioners being the accused, is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearings without fail and also to co-operate with the trial. 3.In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
