Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2024, the Respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection fro the life and limb of Petitioner's for entering Petitioner property bearing Survey No.96, 97/1 to an extent of 5 Acres 86 cents from Kantha Amma on 11.11.2021 vide Doc. No.3859/21, at Gutur Village, Vattam Ampalli, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

This Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2024, the Respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection fro the life and limb of Petitioner's for entering Petitioner property bearing Survey No.96, 97/1 to an extent of 5 Acres 86 cents from Kantha Amma on 11.11.2021 vide Doc. No.3859/21, at Gutur Village, Vattam Ampalli, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondents1 to 3 . 3.Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner had 2/4

purchased the subject property on 11.11.2021, however, Sekar, Perumal, Murugan & Karthik, S/o.Munuswamy of Kuttur Village damaged the electric motor and water pipes in the said land and they also demanded Rs.50,00,000/- from the Petitioner to enter into the land. The Petitioner submitted representation dated 25.08.2024 to the Respondent police, since no action has been taken by the Police in the representation submitted by the Petitioner, the Petitioner is before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 and in the interest of justice, the Respondent/Police is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner on 25.08.2024 and dispose the same on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 09.10.2024 sai 3/4
