This petition is filed to condone the delay of 220 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2023 made in O.A.No.27 of 2012 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

2.Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.134751 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
