(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Mr.Rajendran, Son of late Balaraman has filed this writ petition with a brief affidavit without even mentioning who has encroached and in which survey number. Therefore, we are unable to give any direction to the respondents to remove the encroachments. Moreover, the affidavit also is not substantiated with any material document.
