ORDER

These Suo Motu cases are dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.)No.618 of 2025.

2. This is a common order passed in two CC's. The cases in C.C.No.148 of 2019 and STC.No.381 of 2023 are case in counter. Both parties are present. They have arrived at a compromise regarding the issue. Pursuant to the dictum Page No.1 of 3

of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303), this is a fit case for exercise of powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Accordingly, the cases in C.C.No.148 of 2019 and STC.No.381 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No. I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur shall stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Cases stand disposed of.

10.09.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
