Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the case pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mannargudi in C.C.No.330 of 2012 to try along with the case pending before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai in M.C.No.74 of 2012.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the case pending from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mannargudi in C.C.No.330 of 2012 to the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai in M.C.No.74 of 2012.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that there was some matrimonial dispute between the petitioner/de-facto complainant and the second respondent. The third and fourth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents are in-laws of the petitioner. After mutual discussion among them, the respondents 2 to 4 filed their Compromise Memo before the Court below. In order to identify the respective parties they have also produced the copies of the Aadhaar Card and it is made part of the record and the respondents 2 to 4 have entered into a compromise and amicably settled their issues in C.C.No.330 of 2012. This Court also enquired both the parties and was satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, the relief sough for by the petitioner in this petition has now become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
