This Criminal Original Petition has been to direct the first and second respondents police to give adequate protection to the petitioner and his property situated in Arcot Road, Valsaravakam in Survey No.194/1. 194/3, 193 part based on the complaint dated 27.08.2017 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the interim order dated 06.10.2017 passed in W.P.No. 26204 of 2017 by this Court this petition has become infructuous.
