Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.

RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to extend the time for depositing 20% of the cheque amount before the Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal as directed by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2019. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have received the order copy on 01.11.2019 and thereby, he would seek extension of time for two weeks to deposit the said amount. Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended by two weeks from today.
