2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that appropriate medical assistance and treatment has been provided to the petitioner's husband.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
