[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed upon the petitioner/A1 vide judgment dated 04.02.2016 in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2014, passed by the learned Special Judge (under the POCSO Act) cum- Principal Sessions Judge at Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Having regard to the nature of the offence, the manner of commission and the involvement of petitioner/A1, this Court does not find any prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed upon him.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

4. Registry is directed to post the main appeal in the usual Course.
