2. On being satisfied with the reasons given in the petition and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 10.10.2019, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 10.10.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.27118 of 2019, shall remain intact.
