In a suit filed for partition, the plaintiff has filed this application seeking leave to file a suit in respect of the suit schedule properties G and H.

2. Mr.R.Palaniandavan, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the plaintiff and the respondent are sister and brother and they are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and major part of cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. This application has been filed since the suit schedule mentioned properties G and H are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
