ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for he entire record related to the impugned order vide Na.Ka.No.A6/116/2023, dated 04.10.2023, issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as patently illegal, null and void and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to measure and demark the property in comprised in S.R.No.531/8F (Natham), Sub-division number, situated at Chinnaselam South, Kallakurichi District, measuring an extent of 2 cents, based on the petitioner's application dated 22.05.2023, made to the 1st and 2nd respondents, in the light of necessary fee paid by the petitioner, within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the records.
3. Though the petitioner stated that the subject matter of property belongs to his grandfather and the Patta stands in his grandfather's name, no sufficient materials viz., Genealogical Chart, death certificate and legal heir 2/4
certificate of his grandfather etc., are produced before this Court to consider the relief sought for in this petition.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with all necessary documents. There shall be no order as to costs. 20.10.2023 ksa-2 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No To
