2. This petition is filed to restore the Writ Petition No.14548 of 2004 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.09.2019.

3. Mr.S.T.Varadharajulu, learned counsel for the first respondent has no serious objection to allow the application. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the affidavit and in order to have effective justice, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
