This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22456 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the 1st and 15th working day of English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and the petitioner shall also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
