Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the defacto complainant is the mother of the accused. It is further submitted that both the defacto complainant and the accused were died.

2. In view thereof, C.C.No.1500621 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate VII, Puducherry Taluk, Puducherry, is closed as abated and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
