Considering the fact that the dispute is a commercial dispute and it has to be completed in a time bound manner, I am inclined to allow the application for amending the plaint and for marking additional documents. Accordingly, this application stands allowed.

2. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and the respective defendants are directed to file their written statement, subject to the requirements of Order VIII of CPC as made applicable to dispute under the provisions of Commercial Court Act, 2005.

3. List the suit for further orders on 02.01.2023. 13.12.2022 kmm C.SARAVANAN, J.
