Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition to substitute the petitioners as petitioners in the place of the deceased petitioner i.e. Durairaj in the aforementioned writ petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the aforementioned writ petition.
