This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the IV Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.246 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decree holder is aged about 83 years old and stating that before the executing Court, the plaintiff approached to serve notice and notice also served but executing Court is adjourning the matter.

3. Considering that the petitioner is aged about 83 years old man, this Court is inclined to direct the IV Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No. 246 of 2022 by issuing notice to the respondent within two weeks and proceed with the EP and dispose the same within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as per the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
