Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record, including the copy of the Death Certificate and Legal Heirship Certificate of the deceased first petitioner and also the Will executed by Parvatha/deceased first petitioner. Page Nos.1/3

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in W.P.No.7529 of 2016 and Review Application No.40 of 2012 in W.P.No.14857 of 2002.
