ORDER
These are case and counter. Both parties are present. They have arrived at a compromise regarding the issue. Pursuant to the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303), this is a fit case for the exercise of powers under Section 482 of Page No.1 of 3
the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Accordingly, the cases in C.C.No. 30 of 2022 & C.C.No. 68 of 2022 of Judicial Magistrate Court No. I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur shall stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Cases stand disposed of. 01.09.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
