ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2022 and to remove the black colour of 1000 litres water tank from the Government panchayat road and reinstall the said black colour water tank of 20 feets in the petitioner's own patta land in S.No.225/2B Ponneri Village, Mandalavadi Post, Tirupattur T.K., Tirupattur District.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the black colour water tank has been installed in the entry point of the residence of the petitioner as well his agricultural land. Therefore, the petitioner is unable to cultivate crops in his land and he is unable to enter into his residential house. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the first and second respondents and the same has not been considered by them. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for he aforesaid relief. 2/5

3. Heard Mr.D.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing for he petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already given representation, the authorities shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2022 and shall pass orders on merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. The authorities shall consider the fact that the water tank will not cause any hindrance to entry of the petitioner's house as well as his agricultural land.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
