2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case is over and final report has been filed and the same is yet to take cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3. Considering the fact that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No. 663 of 2021.
