The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were tried and acquitted in STC.No.228 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, Erode by the Judgement dated 12.09.2022 which has been challenged in this quash petition.

2. In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
