Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to cancel the life interest deed in favour of the 6th respondent minor son Samuvel @ Ajay Samuvel dated 20.07.2022 in Document No.3109/2022 registered at Sub Registrar, Uthiramerur and to direct the 5th respondent to register the Document No.P65/2018 dated 28.05.2018 and to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.07.2022 now which is pending before the 4th respondent.

This Writ Petition has been filed to to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to cancel the life interest deed in favour of the sixth respondent minor son Samuvel @ Ajay Samuvel dated 20.07.2022 in Document No.3109/2022 registered at Sub Registrar, Uthiramerur and to direct the fifth respondent to register the Document No.P65/2018 dated 28.05.2018 and to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.07.2022 now which is pending before the fourth respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner has stated in the affidavit filed in support of her petition that her husband filed a statutory appeal before the fourth respondent and the same was dismissed. The petitioner without
challenging the final order passed by the fourth respondent, she has filed the present writ petition and the same is not permissible.
4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
