The above miscellaneous petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 17.04.2024 in C.A. No. 142 of 2018 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem.

This Court finds no reason to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment of the Lower Appellate Court. Hence, the criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to produce certified copy of the Lower Appellate Court's judgment.

It is needless to state that it is always open to the petitioner to file certified copy of the order of the Lower Appellate Court and get the revision numbered.
