[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner, who is the detenu, has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in No.665/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 12.10.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the petitioner in No.665/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 12.10.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4929, Home, 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
