C.R.P. (PD) No.3488 of 2017 J.NISHA BANU, J.

This Court, by an order dated 18.02.2021, directed the learned VII Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the O.P.Nos.4726 of 2015, 755 of 2017 & 832 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said Original Petitions could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 11.10.2021, sought for extention of time and this Court also extended the time for disposal of the above Original Petitions for further period of six months. Again now, the Court below, by letter dated 07.06.2022, sought to extend the time for disposal of the above cases.

Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of three months.
