This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20428 of 2022 by an order dated 01.09.2022.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However, the time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20428 of 2022 on 01.09.2022, is extended for further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20428 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022 shall stand automatically cancelled.
