C.M.P.Nos.24190, 24194 and 24198 of 2023 in A.S.No.274 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 243 days in filing the petition in seeking set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant namely Selvaraj in the above Appeal Suit.

ii. To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant namely Selvaraj in the above Appeal Suit. iii. To bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 proposed appellants herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant namely Selvaraj and array them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above Appeal Suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the petitions being ordered, accordingly, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
