The applicant herein had instead of depositing the amount of Rs.11,550/- into the account of the Reserve Bank of India for grant of a Succession Certificate had paid a Court fee of Rs.11,550/- through E-Court and is now seeking a prayer to this Court to accept the Court fee deposited by way of cash Rs.11,500/- on 15.07.2022 and Rs.50/- on 28.09.2022 towards Succession Duty.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered as prayed for. 3.Registry is directed to treat the sum of Rs.11,550/- deposited the Court fee by way of cash Rs.11,500/- on 15.07.2022 and Rs.50/- on 28.09.2022 towards Succession Duty.
