ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.141 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and the same has also been taken on file in C.C.No.225 of 2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.
