Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since, the petitioner has been taken earnest steps to pay an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- however, due to his financial condition, he is unable to raise funds thereby, he would seek extension of time for making payment of Rs.2,50,000/-.

Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended by further period of two weeks from today. 5.
