This petition is filed to fix an early date for the final hearing of the main C.R.P., where notice has been served and names of the respondents, who are all Government respondents, has been shown in the cause list, but none has appeared.

2. Taking into account the plea raised by the petitioner to fix an early date, date is fixed as 3rd week of December 2019, for deciding the C.R.P., and this development can be informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Government Pleader Office, since the respondents are Government Officials.

3. This petition is ordered accordingly. Post the main C.R.P. in the 3rd week of December 2019.
