ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register FIR based on the Criminal Complaint taken in C.S.R.No.856 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint against one Krishna Kumar who had threatened the petitioner by stating that he would kill him; he also forged certain documents and claimed false title over the property owned by the petitioner; but so far no action has been taken on the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, current paper enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.856 of 2022 and the same was closed as "civil in nature" on 07.10.2022.

5. Since the respondent has stated that the enquiry has been completed and it has been closed, it is appropriate for the respondent Police to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the enquiry

conducted by the Police in CSR No.856 of 2022, he is at liberty to work out his remedy either under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. or under Section 200 of Cr.P.C., if so advised.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
