This Petition has been filed to declare the Petitioner Nirupa Mano as Major and to discharge the 13th Respondent herein viz., R.Manokaran from guardianship.

2.The date of birth of Nirupa Mano is 19.05.2000. Reference was made to the copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation in respect of Nirupa Mano produced before this Court. Hence, in the interest of justice, this Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and wherever applicable.

This Petition has been filed under Order 23 Rule 1(A) of CPC, to transpose the Petitioners/Respondents 6 & 7 viz., 1.Nirupa Mano & 2.R.Manokaran as Appellants 4 & 5 in the above A.S.

2.Pursuant to the order passed in 1 of 2013 dated 13.10.2014, Minor Nirupa Mano and 2.R.Manokaran were impleaded as Respondents 6 & 7. Since they have purchased the property from Respondents 2 & 3, who are defendants before the trial Court and now Nirupa Mano was declared major, the Petitioners herein seeks to transpose themselves as Appellants.

3.For counter, if any and for enquiry, post the matter on 10.01.2024.
