Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 3, 4th line of the order dated 03.11.2023. The said para No.3, 4th line is to be replaced as follows: "3. ....... in RCA SR.No.4581 of 2023. Further the petitioner is directed to vacate the premises ....."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above line in paragraph No.3 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

4. In other respects, the order dated 03.11.2023 shall remain unaltered.
