Abel Samuel Wilson,(Decased) v. The Joint Director Of Elementary Education

This petition has been filed to implead R.Parijatham, wife of the petitioner / Abel Samuel Wilson and Daniel Wilson, son of the petitioner to continue to prosecute the Writ Petition, consequent to the death of petitioner / Abel Samuel Wilson, who died on 04.10.2022. The death certificate and legal heirship certificate have been filed as documents along with the present petition.

2.Without expressing any opinion on whether the right is inheritable, this petition stands ordered. Registry may carry out necessary amendment impleading the two individuals namely, R.Parijatham and Daniel Wilson as petitioners to continue to prosecute the Writ Petition. 3.Let a clean copy to be filed and be served on the learned Additional Government Pleader. Counter has already been filed. If required, the respondent may file an additional counter, questioning the locus of the two newly impleaded petitioners. Let that process be completed. List again on 07.02.2023.
