ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.B.BALAJI, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to quash the impugned order dated Nil of September, 2024.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that no fresh orders have been passed pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27926 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024. The learned standing counsel further submits that the respondents are in the process of passing an order pursuant to the order passed in the above said writ petition and the petitioner's apprehension is baseless.

Considering the representation made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents that fresh orders are yet to be passed pursuant to the orders of this Court and also in view of the fact that the impugned notice in M.A1.Na.Ka.No.Nil/2024, dated Nil of September, 2024, which was despatched to the petitioner on 25.09.2024, is only the proceedings which was the subject matter of the earlier writ petition, the respondents shall pass orders strictly in compliance with the order passed in W.P.No.27926 of 2024.

5. Recording the above submission of the learned standing counsel for the respondents that orders are yet to be passed pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.No.27926 of 2024, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
