This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.46 of 2016 pending on the file of District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main case itself has been disposed of in the trial Court and the case ended in acquittal.

3. Heard Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the instant Criminal Original Petition.
