This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.25906 of 2022 on 31.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The 2nd petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
