ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4015 of 2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the case is now pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the respondent/complainant and the petitioner/accused herein and the respondent/complainant has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

agreed to withdraw the complaint before the trial Court. It is further stated that the matter is to be listed on 28.12.2021 before the trial Court, and on that day, the respondent will withdraw the complaint.

3.The submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent are recorded. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
