Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of interim direction, directing the 3rd respondent to furnish copies of the documents submitted by the 33 candidates pursuant to Notification No.03/2018 (Advertisement No.489) who have been provisionally selected for Oral Test for the Post of Motor Vehicle Inspector Grade-II pursuant to the order passed by the Controller of Examinations of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission 2nd respondent herein dated 15.7.2019 in proof of their experience, (IN WMP.NO.31128 OF 2019) pending disposal of the writ petition NO.21986 OF 2019.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of C.UMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.LOGANATHAN ADVOCATE (TNPSC) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed, praying to direct the 3rd respondent to furnish copies of the documents submitted by 33 candidates pursuant to Notification who were provisionally selected for Oral Test for the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector Grade II pursuant to the order passed by the Controller of Examinations of TNPSC dated 15.7.2019 in proof of their experience, pending disposal of the writ petition.
For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. List this matter along with the connected batch of Writ Petitions and the Registry is directed to obtain necessary orders from the Hon'ble Chief Justice for constituting special sitting for hearing these cases.
All the learned counsels including the learned Advocate General expressed their willingness to argue the matter on 23.11.2019 at 10.30 am.
Therefore, after obtaining necessary orders, list all the Writ Petitions on 23.11.2019 at 10.30 a.m.
