This application has been filed to set aside the ex-parte order passed against the defendants dated 17.02.2020 in the above suit and to receive the written statement filed herewith to decide the suit on merits.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that to meet the ends of justice, the application has to be allowed. Accordingly, the application stands allowed and the ex-parte order passed in the suit dated 17.02.2020 is set aside.
